18 lines of text in single column without additional adornment or decoration. The text itself is somewhat off-center and tends towards the left side of the page. Ruling lines have faded in certain areas, but the light brown color of the lines suggests that the scribe used plummet in this process. The parchment is smeared and even torn in certain places around the edge of the manuscript. There are faint green discolorations in the upper right and left corners.
