Mise-en-page
Fol. 1r:
32 lines of gothic script text in two columns. Each entry begins with a capital ‘R’ in red ink that is written to the left of the margin in which the rest of the text is written. Followed by the ‘R’ is the appropriate Hebrew name. After the name, there is a small punctus toward the bottom of the line. After this are one or two Latin words, an additional punctus in the same manner as before, and text that varies in length throughout the page. Two larger ‘R’ initials (2-lines tall) in column b that begin on lines 12 and 21. They are blue and red respectively. Where an entry does not conclude exactly at the end of a line, various line fillers are employed that extend to the right most margin of the first column. Red paraphs and horizontal lines appear throughout the entries apparently done after the fact by the rubricator.
Fol. 1v:
32 lines of gothic script text in two columns. Each entry begins with a capital ‘R’ in red ink that is written to the left of the margin in which the rest of the text is written. Followed by the ‘R’ is the appropriate Hebrew name. After the name, there is a small period toward the bottom of the line. In column a there is a 2-line ‘R’ in red ink that begins on the twenty-third line. In column b a 4-line ‘S’ in blue ink begins on the fifth. Additionally, in column b on the nineteenth line is a 2-line ‘S’ in red ink. Where an entry does not include exactly at the end of a line, various line fillers are employed that extend to the right most margin of the first column. Red paraphs and horizontal lines appear throughout the entries apparently done after the fact by the rubricator.

Marginalia
Fol. 1r:
Located in the lower left corner is the following dealer number: 12503B305ST. Above this number is a capital “M” written in smaller font. The catalogue number is darker than the above letter, which makes one speculate that these entries were written at different times or by different hands, perhaps when they passed from one seller to the next.
In extremely small font on the bottom right corner is the following entry written in pencil: MP98.
Fol. 1v:
A small check mark appears on the lower left corner.
